Each member of our staff participates in our own in-house continuing education program to stay ahead of the latest developments in the disability process, and informed of ongoing changes to pertinent law and policy. Geoff Toth

Raised on a steady diet of Skyline, LaRosa's, and the Bengals, Geoff is a true Cincinnatian. During the course of his studies in the University of Cincinnati Paralegal Program, he determined that his career path would need to allow for opportunities to apply his talents and skills in manner that would make a difference in the lives of others.


Geoff is known for his patience, compassion, and notably, an unassuming intelligence and skill set utilized to help others. Helping individuals who are unable to work to support themselves or their family fulfills this desire to make a difference in his community.


A highly experienced professional in the disability practice, Geoff works in tandem with the attorneys at KD Law to provide invaluable service to our clients. When not in the office, you can find Geoff leaning over a pool table, lining up his next shot.

Marianna Zappasodi

With a background in pharmaceutical sales, Marianna understands the nuanced, complex medical issues of our clients. She is highly organized and experienced in the field of medicine, particularly within the context of social security disability law.


Marianna understands the challenges our clients face, and consistently demonstrates a level of empathy, care, and commitment to all those she serves. A natural caregiver of anyone in her purview, Marianna exemplifies unmatched integrity, leadership, passion, strength, intuition, and perseverance.


Consistent with the quality of her character, Marianna's catch phrase is:

Jenna Zappasodi

Jenna Zappasodi is a Cincinnati native. She graduated from Ohio State University in 2016, with a degree in Social Psychology, and a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience. She continues to enjoy every opportunity to learn, and apply information about the human mind and experience to everyday life, and work.


After completing an education in Columbus, Ms. Zappasodi relocated to Washington D.C. with AmeriCorps' City Year Program. It was through City Year that she fortified her commitment to public service, and further developed an inherent passion for making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of others.


Jenna exhibits a unique passion in all that she does with unwavering commitment and excellence - however small the task, or insurmountable the challenge. 

Kaitlyn Cummins

Kaitlyn is a natural born initiator. Whether as captain of her sports teams, lead in her school play, or the architect in drafting and passing a constitution to establish cheerleading as a recognized sport on her college campus, her skills as a doer have always shone.


She carried that dedication and diligence with her through her studies in the Paralegal Program at the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

In her daily work, Kaitlyn's organization, communication, and compassion are always highlighted. As a case manager, Kaitlyn is able to combine her passion for helping others with her natural leadership abilities.


This is more than just a career for Kaitlyn, it is a calling. She works every day to ensure that she is making a difference for each client.
